My name is Thao, and I am the founder of Sống Khỏe Spa, which can be translated into Russian as Live Healthy!
Since my youth, I have been searching for ways to help people maintain health and harmony. My teachers were Chinese masters who passed on to me knowledge of acupressure massage and ancient practices of 养生 (Yang Sheng – “nourishing life”).
Over the years of practice, hundreds of people have come to me — and each left not only with a lighter body but also with a renewed sense of inner balance. I believe that massage is not just about touch, but a path to restoring energy, improving sleep, and finding peace of mind.
I do not work for a “cosmetic effect” but for true health: restoring energy, improving sleep, relieving pain, and harmonizing the inner state.
